摘 要
本研究通过系统分析企业核心竞争力管理的理论基础和实际应用,深入探讨了如何有效构建和提升企业的核心竞争力。首先,本研究对企业核心竞争力的定义、特征及其构成要素进行了全面梳理,明确了技术创新能力、企业文化与价值观等核心要素在塑造企业竞争优势中的关键作用。进一步探讨了企业核心竞争力管理应遵循的原则,包括持续改进原则和资源整合原则,为企业在实践中进行核心竞争力管理提供了理论支撑。针对当前企业核心竞争力管理所面临的全球化竞争加剧、技术迭代快速、人才流动性增大以及客户需求多样化等挑战,本研究提出了一系列应对策略。包括进行国际市场扩张与布局,以拓展企业的发展空间;投资研发与创新合作,以不断提升企业的技术创新能力;加强人才培养与激励机制,以确保企业拥有稳定且高素质的人才队伍;提供定制化与个性化服务,以满足客户多样化的需求。还对不同类型企业的核心竞争力管理进行了应用研究,包括制造业企业、服务业企业、高新技术企业以及小微企业等,揭示了不同类型企业在构建和提升核心竞争力方面的共性和差异。本研究旨在通过深入剖析企业核心竞争力管理的理论与实践,为企业制定和实施有效的核心竞争力管理策略提供指导和借鉴。企业可以更加清晰地认识到自身在核心竞争力方面的优势和不足,进而采取有效措施加以提升和完善,以应对日益激烈的市场竞争。

Abstract
This study systematically analyzes the theoretical basis and practical application of the core competitiveness management of enterprises, and deeply discusses how to effectively build and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. First of all, this study comprehensively combs the definition, characteristics and components of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and clarifies the key role of the core elements such as technological innovation ability, corporate culture and values in shaping the competitive advantage of enterprises. It further discusses the principles that should be followed in the enterprise core competitiveness management, including the principle of continuous improvement and the principle of resource integration, which provides theoretical support for the enterprises to carry out the core competitiveness management in practice. In view of the current challenges of intensified global competition, rapid technology iteration, increasing talent mobility and diversification of customer demand, this research proposes a series of coping strategies. Including international market expansion and layout to expand the development space of the enterprise; invest in R & D and innovation cooperation to continuously improve the technological innovation ability of the enterprise; strengthen the talent training and incentive mechanism to ensure that the enterprise has a stable and high-quality talent team; and provide customized and personalized services to meet the diversified needs of customers. It also conducts applied research on the core competitiveness management of different types of enterprises, including manufacturing enterprises, service enterprises, high-tech enterprises and small and micro enterprises, revealing the commonalities and differences of different types of enterprises in building and enhancing the core competitiveness. This study aims to provide guidance and reference for enterprises to formulate and implement effective core competitiveness management strategies through deeply analyzing the theory and practice of enterprise core competitiveness management. Enterprises can be more clearly aware of their own advantages and deficiencies in the core competitiveness, and then take effective measures to improve and improve, in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition.
