Abstract
By deeply analyzing the theoretical basis and practical strategy of enterprise fine management, this study reveals the important role of fine management in improving enterprise management efficiency and enhancing market competitiveness. First of all, this study systematically expounds the definition and characteristics of enterprise fine management, and clarifies the core elements such as detailed control and continuous improvement emphasized by fine management. On this basis, the theoretical fr amework of fine management, including system management theory and process management theory, provides theoretical support for practice. At the practical level, the challenges faced by the fine management practice of enterprises are analyzed in detail, such as employee resistance to change, standardization difficulty, cost control, and the maintenance of continuous improvement. To address these challenges, this study proposes a series of practice strategies, including enhanced training and communication, the step-by-step implementation of standardization, cost-effectiveness analysis, and the establishment of feedback mechanisms. These strategies are designed to help enterprises effectively deal with various problems in the process of fine management and achieve a significant improvement in management efficiency. It also emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement in fine management, and believes that continuous improvement is the key driving force to promote the continuous deepening and improvement of fine management of enterprises. Through continuous improvement, enterprises can continuously optimize management processes and improve management efficiency, so as to achieve sustainable development.
