摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快,高层建筑日益增多,作为基础工程重要组成部分的打桩施工,其效率和质量直接关系到整个建筑工程的进度和安全。本文通过分析国内外的研究现状,明确了提高打桩过程施工效率的必要性与紧迫性,总结了影响施工效率的主要因素及其权重分布,并对比了不同打桩方法的效率。在此基础上,本文指出了当前打桩过程中存在的主要问题:施工人员技能水平不足、设备老化与性能限制、施工流程设计不合理、施工现场环境影响以及施工安全与效率之间的不平衡。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列解决方案,包括优化施工流程、引入现代化技术设备、合理安排施工时间和人员配置、强化施工现场安全管理以及建立完善的施工质量监控体系。最后,本文总结了研究成果,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, high-rise buildings are increasing day by day. As an important part of foundation engineering, the efficiency and quality of piling construction are directly related to the progress and safety of the whole construction project. By analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper defines the necessity and urgency of improving the construction efficiency of piling process, summarizes the main factors affecting the construction efficiency and their weight distribution, and compares the efficiency of different piling methods. On this basis, this paper points out the main problems existing in the current piling process: insufficient skill level of construction personnel, aging and performance limitations of equipment, unreasonable design of construction process, environmental impact of construction site and the imbalance between construction safety and efficiency. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward a series of solutions, including optimizing the construction process, introducing modern technology and equipment, rationally arranging the construction time and personnel allocation, strengthening the safety management of the construction site and establishing a perfect construction quality monitoring system. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results and looks forward to the future research direction.
