本研究深入探讨了企业全球化战略管理的关键要素、存在问题及其实施策略。通过对全球化理论、战略管理理论及跨国公司理论的梳理与分析,我们明确了市场分析与定位、资源整合与配置、组织架构及流程优化等企业全球化战略管理的核心要素,并详细阐述了这些要素在企业全球化战略制定与实施过程中的重要性。还揭示了企业在全球化战略管理中面临的文化差异、战略适应性差、法律与合规风险及沟通与协调效率下降等问题,这些问题不仅影响企业战略的执行效果,还可能对企业的长远发展造成不利影响。为解决这些问题,本研究提出了文化融合与适应、本地化战略、建立健全的合规管理体系及强化沟通与协作等实施策略。这些策略旨在帮助企业更好地适应全球化环境,提升战略管理能力,实现可持续发展。本研究旨在为企业全球化战略管理提供理论与实践指导,帮助企业更好地应对全球化挑战,实现全球化战略目标。

Abstract
The research deeply discusses the key elements, existing problems and implementation strategies of enterprise globalization strategy management. Through the theory of globalization, strategic management theory and theory of multinational companies, we made clear the market analysis and positioning, resource integration and configuration, organizational structure and process optimization of the core elements of enterprise globalization strategy management, and elaborated these elements in the enterprise globalization in the importance of strategy formulation and implementation process. It also reveals the cultural differences, poor strategic adaptability, legal and compliance risks, communication and coordination efficiency and declining communication and coordination efficiency faced by enterprises in the globalization strategic management. These problems not only affect the implementation effect of enterprise strategy, but also may have adverse effects on the long-term development of enterprises. To solve these problems, this study proposes implementation strategies such as cultural integration and adaptation, localization strategy, establishing a sound compliance management system, and strengthening communication and collaboration. These strategies are designed to help enterprises better adapt to the global environment, improve their strategic management capabilities, and achieve sustainable development. The study aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the strategic management of enterprise globalization, help enterprises better cope with the challenges of globalization and realize the strategic goal of globalization

Abstract
The research deeply discusses the key elements, existing problems and implementation strategies of enterprise globalization strategy management.
