泵送混凝土施工裂缝的成因及防治措施研究

摘  要
本文综合探讨了泵送混凝土在施工中的裂缝问题及其对结构性能的影响。首先概述了泵送混凝土的工作原理、特点及材料组成,强调了其在现代建筑施工中的高效性和灵活性。随后,分析了裂缝对混凝土强度、结构耐久性和安全性的不良影响,指出裂缝问题是制约泵送混凝土广泛应用的关键因素。接着,深入剖析了泵送混凝土施工裂缝的成因,包括外荷载、结构次应力、变形应力和塑性裂缝等多方面因素。在此基础上,本文提出了针对性的防治措施,如准确计算荷载和内力、优化结构设计、合理设计浇筑方案以及严格控制原材料和配合比等,旨在为降低裂缝发生率、提高建筑物整体质量和使用寿命提供科学依据和技术支持。本研究成果对于推动泵送混凝土技术的创新与发展,促进建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper discusses the crack of pumping concrete in construction and its influence on structural performance. Firstly, the working principle, characteristic and material composition of pumping concrete are outlined, and its high efficiency and flexibility in modern building construction are emphasized. Then, the adverse effects of crack on strength, durability and safety of concrete are analyzed and the key factor restricting the wide application of pumping concrete. Then, the causes of the pumping concrete construction cracks, including external load, structural stress, deformation stress and plastic cracks and other factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward targeted prevention and control measures, such as accurate calculation of load and internal force, optimization of structural design, reasonable design of pouring scheme and strict control of raw materials and mix ratio, etc., to reduce the incidence of cracks and improve the overall quality of the building and service life. The research results are of great significance for promoting the innovation and development of pumping concrete technology and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
