Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of digital transformation on the management model of enterprises, and analyze the challenges and optimization strategies faced in the process. Through the introduction of new technologies, new methods and new thinking, digital transformation has profoundly changed the management, operations and business models of enterprises. The study found that digital transformation significantly improved the management efficiency and decision quality of enterprises, promoted the innovation of management models and the optimization of business models, optimized the organizational structure and talent management, and improved the risk management and compliance. The digital transformation process also faces a series of challenges, including difficulties in technology integration and data integration, rapid adaptation of technology updates, data silos, organizational culture and talent management challenges, outdated business processes and operating models, and inadequate regulatory compliance and risk management systems. In order to address these challenges, this study puts forward corresponding optimization strategies, including establishing a unified technology architecture, data-driven decision-making, creating an open innovation culture, strengthening talent training and introduction, process optimization and standardization, operation model innovation, strengthening the awareness of regulatory compliance, and establishing a perfect risk management system. Through in-depth research and practice, enterprises can make full use of the opportunities of digital transformation, promote the innovation and upgrading of management models, improve competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development. This study not only enriched the relevant theories of digital transformation and enterprise management mode, but also provided useful references and references for enterprises in the process of digital transformation.
