摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速和不确定性因素的增加,企业供应链面临着前所未有的挑战,尤其是突发事件对供应链稳定性的影响愈发显著,这促使学术界与实践领域重新审视供应链弹性的构建及其应对能力的提升。本研究以企业供应链弹性建设为核心,旨在探索如何通过系统性方法增强供应链在面对突发事件时的适应性和恢复力。研究采用混合研究方法,结合定性分析与定量建模,首先通过文献综述提炼出供应链弹性的关键维度,并基于案例研究和问卷调查收集实证数据。通过对多行业样本的深入分析,研究发现供应链弹性建设的关键在于信息共享、风险预警机制的完善以及灵活的资源配置策略。此外,研究构建了一个多层次评估模型,用于量化供应链弹性水平并指导企业制定针对性改进措施。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization process and the increase of uncertain factors, enterprise supply chain is facing unprecedented challenges, especially the impact of emergencies on the stability of supply chain is more and more significant, which makes the academic and practice field to re-examine the construction of supply chain elasticity and the improvement of response ability. This study focuses on the elasticity construction of the enterprise supply chain, and aims to explore how to enhance the adaptability and resilience of the supply chain in the face of emergencies through a systematic approach. Using mixed research methods, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling, we first refined the key dimensions of supply chain elasticity through literature review, and collected empirical data based on case studies and questionnaires. Through the in-depth analysis of multi-industry samples, it is found that the key of supply chain flexibility construction lies in information sharing, the improvement of risk early warning mechanism and flexible resource allocation strategy. In addition, a multi-level evaluation model is constructed to quantify the level of supply chain elasticity and guide enterprises to develop targeted improvement measures.
