论我国劳动法中的劳动者权益保护


摘  要
随着我国经济快速增长和劳动力市场活跃,劳动者权益保护成为社会关注焦点。在经济转型和劳动关系复杂化背景下,劳动者权益保护面临新挑战。全球化和国际竞争加剧对我国提出更高要求。深入研究劳动法中劳动者权益保护问题,对维护权益、促进和谐劳动关系及提升国际竞争力至关重要。本文探讨了我国劳动法中劳动者权益保护的现状、挑战及对策。文章首先概述了劳动者权益的法律定义和基本内容,然后分析了劳动合同、工时工资、劳动安全卫生保护等方面的现状和问题。文章指出,劳动者权益保护面临法律法规滞后、劳动者保护意识能力不足等挑战,并提出完善劳动法律法规、提升劳动者权益保护意识、构建多元化劳动争议解决机制等对策建议。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of China's economy and the active labor market, the protection of workers' rights and interests has become the focus of social attention. Under the background of economic transformation and complicated labor relations, the protection of workers' rights and interests is facing new challenges. Globalization and intensified international competition have put forward higher requirements for China. A thorough study of the protection of workers' rights and interests in the labor law is crucial to safeguarding their rights and interests, promoting harmonious labor relations and enhancing international competitiveness. This paper discusses the current situation, challenges and countermeasures of protecting workers' rights and interests in our labor law. The paper first summarizes the legal definition and basic content of workers' rights and interests, and then analyzes the current situation and problems of labor contract, working hour wages, labor safety and health protection and other aspects. The article points out that the protection of workers 'rights and interests is faced with challenges such as lagging laws and regulations and lack of ability to protect workers, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving labor laws and regulations, enhancing the awareness of workers' rights and interests protection, and building a diversified labor dispute resolution mechanism.
