Abstract
This article discusses the importance of integration after merger and its implementation strategy. First, in the introduction section, this paper summarizes the background and significance of merger and acquisition and the key of integration. With the continuous development of the global economy, enterprise merger and acquisition has become an important means for enterprises to expand and optimize resource allocation, and the successful integration after merger and acquisition is the key to ensure the effect of merger and acquisition. In the theoretical basis part, this paper systematically combs the strategic fr amework, core elements and integration modes and types of integration after merger and acquisition, which provides a solid theoretical support for the subsequent analysis. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of integration after enterprise merger, including unclear strategic integration, conflicting cultural differences, overlapping organizational structure and financial integration difficulties. If these problems are not properly solved, they will seriously affect the effect of mergers and acquisitions and even lead to their failure. To address the above problems, this paper proposes corresponding strategies. Clarify the direction of strategic integration, ensure the smooth integration through sufficient strategic analysis and detailed integration plan; secondly, promote cultural integration, reduce the conflict caused by cultural differences; optimize the organizational structure, solve the problem of organizational structure overlap and improve organizational efficiency; improve the financial integration system to ensure financial stability and transparency. Integration after enterprise merger and acquisition is a complex and important task. Only by fully recognizing its importance, clarifying the integration strategy and properly solving the existing problems, can we ensure the success of the merger and acquisition and realize the long-term development of the enterprise.
