植物生长激素在果树修剪与整形中的应用效果
摘 要
植物生长激素在果树修剪与整形中的应用是现代园艺技术的重要组成部分,旨在通过调控植物内源激素水平,优化果树的生长发育和果实产量。本研究以苹果树和柑橘树为实验对象,探讨了不同浓度和类型的生长激素在修剪后的应用效果。研究采用田间试验与实验室分析相结合的方法,通过测定树体生长指标、果实品质及产量等参数,评估生长激素对果树整形修剪的响应机制。结果表明,适当浓度的赤霉素(GA3)和细胞分裂素(6-BA)能够显著促进新梢生长和侧枝萌发,同时提高果实的单果重和糖酸比。特别是在苹果树的修剪后处理中,GA3的应用使果实产量提高了15%,且果实品质得到显著改善。此外,研究还发现,生长激素的应用需结合修剪时间和树体营养状况进行精细化管理,以避免过度刺激导致的负面效应。

THE APPLICATION EFFECT OF PLANT GROWTH HORMONE IN THE PRUNING AND SHAPING OF FRUIT TREES
ABSTRACT
The application of phytoGH in fruit tree pruning and shaping is an important part of modern horticultural technology, which aims to optimize the growth and development and fruit yield by regulating plant endogenous hormone levels. In this study, we investigated the application effects of different concentrations and types of GH by using apple and citrus trees after pruning. The study used the combination of field experiment and laboratory analysis to evaluate the response mechanism of growth hormone to fruit tree shaping and pruning by measuring the tree growth index, fruit quality and yield. The results showed that appropriate concentrations of gibberellin (GA3) and cytokinin (6-BA) can significantly promote the growth of new shoots and collateral germination, while increasing the single fruit weight and sugar acid ratio. In particular, in the postpruning treatment of apple trees, the application of GA3 increased the fruit yield by 15% and achieved a significant improvement in fruit quality. In addition, it was found that the application of GH requires the fine management of pruning time and tree nutritional status to avoid the negative effects caused by excessive stimulation.
