牛海绵状脑病的病原学研究及防控

牛海绵状脑病(BSE),俗称“疯牛病”,是一种由朊病毒引起的致命性神经系统疾病。近年来,随着全球范围内BSE病例的增加,其病原学研究及防控措施成为公共卫生领域的重点课题。本研究旨在深入探讨BSE的病原特性及其传播机制,并提出有效的防控策略。通过分子生物学、病理学和流行病学等多学科交叉方法,我们对BSE的病原体进行了系统分析,发现其具有高度抗性和独特的传播途径。实验结果表明,朊病毒在宿主体内的复制过程与细胞内环境密切相关,且其在不同物种间的传播能力存在显著差异。基于这些发现,我们提出了以早期检测、隔离和饲料管理为核心的防控体系,并通过中国部分地区的试点应用验证了其有效性。本研究的创新之处在于首次揭示了朊病毒在不同宿主中的适应性机制,为全球BSE防控提供了新的理论依据和技术支持。

PATHOLOGICAL STUDY AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF BOVINE SPONGIFORM ENCEPHALOPATHY

ABSTRACT
Bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), commonly known as "mad cow disease", is a fatal neurological disorder caused by prions. In recent years, with the increase of BSE cases worldwide, its etiology research and prevention and control measures have become a key topic in the field of public health. This study aims to deeply explore the pathogenic properties of BSE and its transmission mechanism, and propose effective prevention and control strategies. Through multiple interdisciplinary approaches including molecular biology, pathology and epidemiology, we conducted a systematic analysis of the pathogens of BSE and found their highly resistant and unique transmission routes. The experimental results show that the process of prion replication in the host is closely related to the intracellular environment, and there are significant differences in its ability to spread between species. Based on these findings, we propose a prevention and control system with early detection, isolation and feed management as the core, and verify its effectiveness through a pilot application in some parts of China. The innovation of this study is that it reveals the first mechanism of prion adaptability in different hosts, providing new theoretical basis and technical support for global BSE prevention and control.
