猪链球菌病是一种严重危害养猪业的重要传染病,其临床表现复杂多样,给临床诊断带来极大挑战。本研究旨在建立一套科学有效的鉴别诊断体系,并制定综合防控方案。通过采集2019-2022年间我国主要养猪地区的临床病例样本,采用细菌分离培养、PCR鉴定、血清型分型等分子生物学技术,结合临床症状和病理变化进行系统分析。研究发现,我国猪链球菌感染以血清型2型和9型为主,分别占45.3%和32.7%,且存在明显的区域分布特征;建立了基于多重PCR的快速检测方法,可在4小时内完成病原鉴定,准确率达98.5%;创新性地提出了"早期预警-精准诊断-靶向治疗"的三级防控策略,通过优化疫苗免疫程序、改进饲养管理措施、建立生物安全体系等综合手段,使猪场发病率降低76.8%,死亡率下降89.2%。

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS AND COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION AND CONTROL SCHEME OF STREPTOCOCCUS SUIS DISEASE

ABSTRACT
Streptococcus suis is an important infectious disease that seriously endangers the pig industry. Its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, which brings great challenges to clinical diagnosis. The study aims to establish a scientific and effective differential diagnosis system and develop a comprehensive prevention and control program. By collecting clinical cases from major pig raising areas in China from 2019 to 2022, molecular biology techniques such as bacterial isolation and culture, PCR identification, and serotyping were systematically analyzed, combined with clinical symptoms and pathological changes. The study found that the S. suis infection in China is mainly serotype 2 and 9, accounting for 45.3% and 32.7% respectively, and has obvious regional distribution characteristics; the rapid detection method based on multiple PCR was established to complete pathogen identification within 4 hours, with accuracy of 98.5%; innovatively proposed the three-level prevention and control strategy of "early warning-accurate diagnosis-targeted therapy", reducing the incidence of pig farms by 76.8%, and the death rate by 89.2%.
