摘  要

  随着教育改革的深入推进,新手教师的课堂管理能力逐渐成为影响教学质量的关键因素之一。本研究旨在探讨新手教师课堂管理能力的培养路径,以提升其专业素养和教学效果。新手教师在课堂管理中普遍存在经验不足、策略单一及应变能力欠缺等问题。针对这些问题,研究提出了一套系统的培养路径,包括理论学习与实践反思相结合、建立导师制支持体系以及构建合作学习共同体等措施。此外,本研究创新性地引入了数字化工具辅助课堂管理培训,显著提高了新手教师的学习效率和适应能力。研究结果表明,通过系统化的培养路径,新手教师的课堂管理能力得到了明显提升,同时增强了其职业认同感和自信心。本研究的主要贡献在于为新手教师的专业发展提供了可操作性强的实践框架,同时也为教育管理者制定相关政策提供了理论依据和实证支持。

Cultivation Paths for Novice Teachers' Classroom Management Competence

Abstract

  With the deepening of education reform, the classroom management ability of novice teachers has gradually become one of the key factors affecting the teaching quality. The purpose of this study is to explore the ways to cultivate the classroom management ability of novice teachers in order to improve their professional quality and teaching effect. Novice teachers generally have some problems in classroom management, such as lack of experience, single strategy and lack of adaptability. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward a set of systematic training paths, including the combination of theoretical learning and practical reflection, the establishment of tutorial system support system and the construction of cooperative learning community. In addition, this study innovatively introduced digital tools to assist classroom management training, which significantly improved the learning efficiency and adaptability of novice teachers. The results show that the new teacher's classroom management ability has been significantly improved through the systematic training path, and their professional identity and self-confidence have been enhanced. The main contribution of this study is to provide a practical fr amework for the professional development of novice teachers, and to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for educational administrators to formulate relevant policies.
