摘 要
学习障碍是一种常见的神经发育问题,对学生的学业表现和心理发展产生深远影响,因此针对学习障碍学生的教学调整策略研究具有重要意义。本研究旨在探索适合学习障碍学生的学习支持方法,通过系统性分析其学习特点与需求,提出针对性的教学调整方案。结果表明,个性化教学计划、多感官教学法以及情感支持策略能够显著提升学习障碍学生的学习效果与自信心。技术支持的辅助工具在提高学生专注力和任务完成度方面表现出独特优势。本研究的创新点在于将技术手段与传统教学方法有机结合,并强调家校合作在干预过程中的关键作用。主要贡献体现在为教育实践提供了具体可行的操作框架,同时丰富了学习障碍领域的理论研究,为相关政策制定者和教育工作者提供了有益参考。

Strategies for Instructional Adjustments for Students with Learning Disabilities

Abstract
Learning disability is a common neurodevelopmental problem, which has a profound impact on students' academic performance and psychological development. Therefore, it is of great significance to study teaching adjustment strategies for students with learning disabilities. This study aims to explore suitable learning support methods for students with learning disabilities, systematically analyze their learning characteristics and needs, and propose targeted teaching adjustment plans. The results show that individualized teaching plan, multi-sensory teaching method and emotional support strategy can significantly improve the learning effect and self-confidence of students with learning disabilities. Technical support AIDS show unique advantages in improving students' concentration and task completion. The innovation of this study lies in the organic combination of technical means and traditional teaching methods, and emphasizes the key role of home-school cooperation in the intervention process. The main contribution is to provide a concrete and feasible operational fr amework for educational practice, while enriching theoretical research in the field of learning disabilities, and providing useful references for relevant policy makers and educators.
