摘 要
在新时代背景下,我国小学教育目标的价值取向面临新的挑战与机遇,亟需从理论与实践层面进行深入探讨。本研究以新时代社会需求和教育政策为背景,聚焦小学教育目标的价值取向问题,旨在揭示其内涵、特征及发展方向。新时代小学教育目标应以立德树人为根本任务,注重学生全面发展与个性成长的统一,同时强调社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的培养。此外,本研究提出了“多元融合”的价值取向框架,主张将传统文化与现代理念、国家要求与地方特色有机结合,从而实现教育目标的科学化与时代化。这一框架不仅弥补了现有研究中关于价值整合不足的缺陷,还为小学教育实践提供了具体指导。研究表明,明确新时代小学教育目标的价值取向,有助于优化教育内容与方式,推动基础教育高质量发展,为培养适应未来发展的社会主义建设者和接班人奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
Under the background of the new era, the value orientation of the goal of primary education in China is facing new challenges and opportunities, and it is urgent to conduct in-depth discussion from the theoretical and practical levels. With the background of social needs and educational policies in the new era, this study focuses on the value orientation of primary education goals, aiming to reveal its connotation, characteristics and development direction. The goal of primary school education in the new era should take moral cultivation as the fundamental task, pay attention to the unity of students' all-round development and personality growth, and emphasize the cultivation of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. In addition, this study puts forward the value orientation fr amework of "multi-integration", advocating the organic combination of traditional culture and modern concepts, national requirements and local characteristics, so as to achieve the scientific and epochal education goals. This fr amework not only makes up for the shortcomings of the existing research on value integration, but also provides specific guidance for primary education practice. The research shows that clarifying the value orientation of primary school education goals in the new era is helpful to optimize the content and mode of education, promote the high-quality development of basic education, and lay a solid foundation for training socialist builders and successors who adapt to future development.
