小学校本研修的有效模式研究






摘  要

  随着教育改革的深入推进,小学校本研修作为提升教师专业素养和促进学校内涵发展的重要途径,日益受到关注然而,当前校本研修在模式选择、实施路径及效果评估等方面仍存在诸多问题,亟需系统性研究,本研究以小学校本研修的有效模式为切入点,旨在探索适切性强、操作性高的研修模式,并为相关实践提供理论指导。有效的校本研修模式应具备目标明确、内容多元、形式灵活以及评价科学等特征,同时强调教师主体性与团队协作的重要性。本研究创新性地提出“分层分类”与“项目驱动”相结合的研修模式,该模式根据教师发展阶段设计个性化研修方案,并通过具体项目带动研修活动的深入开展,显著提升了教师参与积极性与研修实效性,同时丰富了校本研修的理论体系,为后续研究奠定了基础。

Research on Effective Models of School-based Professional Development in Primary Schools

Abstract

  With the deepening of education reform, school-based research in primary schools, as an important way to improve teachers' professional quality and promote the connotation development of schools, has attracted increasing attention. However, at present, there are still many problems in the mode selection, implementation path and effect evaluation of school-based research, and systematic research is urgently needed. This study takes the effective mode of school-based research in primary schools as the starting point. The aim is to explore the research mode with strong applicability and high operability, and to provide theoretical guidance for related practice. The effective school-based research mode should have the characteristics of clear goal, multiple content, flexible form and scientific evaluation, and emphasize the importance of teacher's subjectivity and teamwork. This study innovatively proposed a research and training model combining "hierarchical classification" and "project-driven", which designed personalized research and training programs according to teachers' development stage, and promoted the in-depth development of research and training activities through specific projects, which significantly improved teachers' participation enthusiasm and research effectiveness, enriched the theoretical system of school-based research and training, and laid the foundation for subsequent research.
