摘 要
核心素养导向下的小学教育变革已成为当前教育改革的重要议题,本研究基于我国教育政策与国际发展趋势的双重背景,旨在探讨如何通过课程设计、教学方法和评价体系的创新,促进小学生核心素养的发展。核心素养导向的小学教育需要突破传统知识传授的局限,强调学习过程中的自主性、合作性和探究性,同时构建多元化的评价机制以全面反映学生的成长与发展。此外,教师的专业发展和家校合作在这一过程中起到了关键作用。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了一套可操作性强的核心素养培养路径,并验证了其在提升学生综合能力方面的有效性,为相关政策制定和实践探索提供了理论支持与经验借鉴。

Research on the Transformation of Primary Education under the Guidance of Core Competencies

Abstract
The reform of primary school education under the guidance of core literacy has become an important issue in current education reform. Based on the dual background of China's education policy and international development trend, this study aims to explore how to promote the development of primary school students' core literacy through the innovation of curriculum design, teaching methods and evaluation system. The core quality-oriented primary education needs to break through the limitations of traditional knowledge teaching, emphasize autonomy, cooperation and inquiry in the learning process, and construct a diversified evaluation mechanism to fully reflect the growth and development of students. In addition, professional development of teachers and home-school collaboration play a key role in this process. The main contribution of this study is to put forward a set of operable core literacy training path, and verify its effectiveness in improving students' comprehensive ability, which provides theoretical support and experience reference for relevant policy formulation and practical exploration.
