摘 要
禅宗思想作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分，对唐宋文人审美意识的形成与发展产生了深远影响。本研究旨在探讨禅宗思想如何通过其独特的哲学体系与实践方式塑造唐宋文人的审美观念，并揭示其内在作用机制。研究以历史文献分析为基础，结合比较研究与文本细读方法，系统梳理了禅宗思想的核心理念及其在唐宋文学艺术中的具体体现。研究表明，禅宗“直指人心”的思维方式和“顿悟”体验为文人提供了超越世俗束缚的精神路径，使其审美意识呈现出自然无为、空灵静谧的特征；同时，“平常心是道”的生活美学主张促使文人将日常经验转化为艺术表达，从而丰富了唐宋文艺创作的表现形式与内涵。本研究的创新点在于首次从认知心理学视角阐释禅宗思想对审美意识的影响机制，为理解中国传统美学提供了新的理论框架。

The Mechanism of Zen Thought on the Aesthetic Consciousness of Tang and Song Literati

Abstract
As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, the thought of Zen had a profound influence on the formation and development of the aesthetic consciousness of the literati in Tang and Song Dynasties. The purpose of this study is to explore how Zen thought shaped the aesthetic concept of Tang and Song scholars through its unique philosophical system and practice mode, and to reveal its internal mechanism. Based on the analysis of historical documents, combined with the method of comparative study and close reading of texts, the research systematically combs the core concept of Zen thought and its concrete embodiment in the literature and art of Tang and Song Dynasties. The research shows that the thinking mode of "pointing directly to the human heart" and the experience of "Epiphany" in Zen provide the literati with a spiritual path beyond the worldly bondage, and make their aesthetic consciousness show the characteristics of natural inaction and empty tranquility. At the same time, the idea of "normal heart is the way" prompted literati to transform daily experience into artistic ex pression, thus enriching the ex pression form and connotation of literary creation in Tang and Song dynasties. The innovation of this study is that it is the first time to explain the influence mechanism of Zen thought on aesthetic consciousness from the perspective of cognitive psychology, which provides a new theoretical fr amework for understanding traditional Chinese aesthetics.
