摘 要
随着建筑行业数字化转型的加速,工程造价管理面临着复杂性与精确性要求不断提升的挑战,传统二维图纸和静态数据展示方式已难以满足现代项目管理需求。为此,本研究以AR/VR技术为核心,探索其在工程造价可视化中的交互设计及应用前景,旨在通过沉浸式体验和动态交互提升造价管理效率与决策质量。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,首先梳理了AR/VR技术的基本原理及其在建筑工程领域的适用性,随后基于用户需求分析构建了一套面向工程造价可视化的交互设计方案,并通过原型开发验证了方案的可行性。研究结果表明,AR/VR技术能够显著增强造价数据的空间感知能力,支持多维度信息集成与实时交互,从而优化成本控制流程并降低沟通成本。此外,该技术在虚拟场景中实现了工程量计算、材料清单核对等功能,为跨部门协作提供了全新的技术支持。本研究的主要创新点在于首次将AR/VR交互设计与工程造价管理深度融合,提出了适用于复杂项目环境的可视化解决方案,为未来智能化造价管理奠定了基础。研究表明,AR/VR技术在工程造价领域的应用具有广阔前景,但同时也面临技术成本、标准化建设等挑战,需进一步完善相关软硬件设施及行业规范。

ABSTRACT
With the accelerating digital transformation of the construction industry, cost management in engineering is facing increasingly complex and precise requirements, while traditional two-dimensional drawings and static data presentation methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of modern project management. In response to this challenge, this study focuses on AR/VR technology, exploring its interactive design and application prospects in the visualization of engineering cost management, aiming to enhance the efficiency of cost management and the quality of decision-making through immersive experiences and dynamic interactions. The research combines theoretical analysis with empirical study, first reviewing the fundamental principles of AR/VR technology and its applicability in the field of architectural engineering. Subsequently, based on user requirement analysis, an interactive design fr amework for engineering cost visualization was constructed, and the feasibility of the proposed solution was validated through prototype development. The results indicate that AR/VR technology can significantly strengthen spatial perception of cost-related data, support multi-dimensional information integration and real-time interaction, thereby optimizing cost control processes and reducing communication costs. Moreover, this technology enables functions such as quantity surveying and material list verification within virtual environments, providing new technical support for cross-departmental collaboration. A key innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of AR/VR interaction design with engineering cost management, proposing a visualization solution tailored for complex project environments and laying the foundation for future intelligent cost management. The study concludes that AR/VR technology holds broad application potential in the field of engineering cost management but also faces challenges such as high technological costs and the need for standardization, requiring further improvements in relevant software/hardware facilities and industry norms.
