摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,生态建筑设计逐渐成为建筑领域的重要研究方向。本研究旨在探讨生态建筑设计的核心理念及其在实际项目中的应用效果,通过分析典型实践案例,揭示其技术路径与优化策略。研究采用文献分析与案例对比相结合的方法,选取国内外具有代表性的生态建筑项目进行深入剖析,重点考察能源利用效率、材料选择、环境适应性以及社会经济效益等关键指标。研究发现,生态建筑设计不仅能够显著降低建筑能耗与碳排放,还能提升使用者的舒适度与健康水平。同时,创新性地提出了一种基于全生命周期评估的生态设计框架,为建筑师提供了更为系统化的决策支持工具。该框架强调从规划到运营的全过程管理,有效整合了被动式设计、可再生能源技术和智能化管理系统。此外,研究还总结了当前生态建筑设计面临的挑战,如成本控制、技术集成及文化适应性等问题,并提出了针对性的改进建议。总体而言,本研究不仅深化了对生态建筑设计理论的理解,也为推动可持续建筑实践提供了重要参考,其贡献在于构建了一个兼具科学性与实用性的设计评估体系,为未来相关研究与应用奠定了坚实基础。

ABSTRACT
As global climate change and resource scarcity become increasingly severe, ecological building design has gradually emerged as a significant research direction in the architectural field. This study aims to explore the core concepts of ecological building design and its application effects in practical projects by analyzing typical practice cases, thereby revealing its technical pathways and optimization strategies. The research employs a combination of literature analysis and case comparison, selecting representative ecological building projects both domestically and internationally for in-depth analysis. Key indicators such as energy utilization efficiency, material selection, environmental adaptability, and socio-economic benefits are examined with particular attention. Findings indicate that ecological building design not only significantly reduces building energy consumption and carbon emissions but also enhances users' comfort and health levels. Furthermore, an innovative ecological design fr amework based on life-cycle assessment is proposed, providing architects with a more systematic decision-support tool. This fr amework emphasizes comprehensive process management from planning to operation, effectively integrating passive design, renewable energy technologies, and intelligent management systems. Additionally, the study summarizes the challenges currently faced in ecological building design, including cost control, technology integration, and cultural adaptability, and offers targeted improvement suggestions. Overall, this research not only deepens the understanding of ecological building design theory but also provides crucial references for promoting sustainable building practices. Its contribution lies in constructing a design evaluation system that combines scientific rigor with practical applicability, laying a solid foundation for future related research and applications.
