摘 要
随着全球能源需求的不断增长和环境问题的日益严峻,建筑领域的节能设计已成为可持续发展的重要议题。本研究以自然光利用为核心,探讨其在建筑设计中的节能效果及其优化策略。通过分析自然光在建筑空间中的分布特性及其对室内热环境和能耗的影响,旨在实现建筑性能与用户体验的平衡。研究采用理论分析、数值模拟和实证研究相结合的方法,选取典型建筑案例进行光照模拟和能耗评估,并结合实地测量数据验证模型的准确性。结果表明,合理设计自然光引入方式能够显著降低建筑照明能耗,同时改善室内光环境质量。此外,动态遮阳系统与智能控制技术的应用进一步提升了建筑的整体节能效果。本研究的创新点在于提出了一种综合考虑自然光分布均匀性与热舒适性的评价指标体系,并开发了基于机器学习的光照预测模型,为建筑设计提供了科学依据和技术支持。研究表明,自然光的高效利用不仅有助于减少建筑运行能耗,还能提升用户的空间体验,为推动绿色建筑发展提供了重要参考。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous growth of global energy demand and the increasing severity of environmental issues, energy-efficient design in the building sector has become a critical topic for sustainable development. This study focuses on the utilization of natural light to explore its energy-saving effects and optimization strategies in architectural design. By analyzing the distribution characteristics of natural light in building spaces and its impacts on indoor thermal environments and energy consumption, this research aims to achieve a balance between building performance and user experience. A combination of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and empirical research was employed, with typical building cases selected for light simulation and energy consumption evaluation. Field measurement data were also used to verify the accuracy of the models. The results indicate that appropriately designed methods for introducing natural light can significantly reduce lighting energy consumption while improving indoor light environment quality. Furthermore, the application of dynamic shading systems and intelligent control technologies enhances the overall energy efficiency of buildings. The innovation of this study lies in the proposal of an evaluation index system that comprehensively considers the uniformity of natural light distribution and thermal comfort, as well as the development of a machine-learning-based light prediction model, providing scientific evidence and technical support for architectural design. The study demonstrates that the efficient use of natural light not only helps to reduce operational energy consumption in buildings but also enhances users' spatial experiences, offering significant references for promoting the development of green buildings.
