摘 要
随着金融科技的快速发展,商业银行面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,亟需通过技术赋能实现转型升级。本研究旨在探讨金融科技在商业银行转型中的战略路径及其实施机制,以提升银行的核心竞争力和可持续发展能力。金融科技的应用显著提升了银行的运营效率和服务质量,同时推动了业务流程的智能化和数字化转型。研究进一步提出商业银行应构建以数据驱动为核心的创新体系,强化技术与业务的深度融合,并优化组织架构以适应新技术环境下的变革需求。本研究的创新点在于系统性地提出了金融科技赋能商业银行转型的多层次战略框架,为行业提供了可操作性的实践指导。研究成果不仅丰富了金融科技与银行业转型领域的理论基础,还为商业银行制定数字化转型战略提供了重要参考。

Research on the Strategic Path of Fintech Empowering Commercial Bank Transformation

Abstract
With the rapid development of financial technology, commercial banks are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and it is urgent to realize transformation and upgrading through technology empowerment. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategic path and implementation mechanism of fintech in the transformation of commercial banks, so as to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of banks. The application of fintech has significantly improved the operational efficiency and service quality of banks, while promoting the intelligent and digital transformation of business processes. The study further proposes that commercial banks should build a data-driven innovation system, strengthen the deep integration of technology and business, and optimize the organizational structure to adapt to the change needs under the new technological environment. The innovation of this study is that it systematically puts forward a multi-level strategic fr amework for the transformation of commercial banks enabled by fintech, and provides an operable practical guidance for the industry. The research results not only enrich the theoretical foundation in the field of fintech and banking transformation, but also provide an important reference for commercial banks to formulate digital transformation strategies.
