企业战略转型中的领导力与团队执行力提升研究

  在全球经济环境日益复杂和市场竞争不断加剧的背景下,企业战略转型已成为实现可持续发展的关键路径。然而,在这一过程中,领导力与团队执行力的作用尤为突出,二者共同决定了转型目标能否有效达成。本研究旨在探讨企业战略转型中领导力与团队执行力之间的互动关系及其提升机制,以期为企业提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等方式,对来自不同行业的120家企业进行了系统调研。结果表明,领导力在战略转型中具有明确的方向引领作用,而团队执行力则直接决定了转型方案的具体实施效果;两者之间存在显著的正向关联,且领导力的提升能够显著促进团队执行力的优化。此外,研究发现组织文化、沟通机制以及激励体系是影响二者协同效应的重要中介变量。

Abstract 
  Under the background of the increasingly complex global economic environment and the increasing market competition, the strategic transformation of enterprises has become the key path to achieve sustainable development. However, in this process, the role of leadership and team execution is particularly prominent, and they jointly determine whether the transformation goal can be effectively achieved. The purpose of this study is to explore the interactive relationship between leadership and team execution in enterprise strategic transformation and its promotion mechanism, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises. The study adopted a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including questionnaires, in-depth interviews and case analysis. The results show that leadership has a clear leading role in strategic transformation, while team execution directly determines the specific implementation effect of the transformation plan; there is a significant positive correlation between the two, and the improvement of leadership can significantly promote the optimization of team execution. In addition, the study found that organizational culture, communication mechanism and incentive system are important intermediary variables affecting the synergistic effect of the two.
