摘要
随着社会结构的复杂化和居民需求的多样化，社区治理已成为社会治理现代化的重要组成部分。本研究旨在探讨社区治理创新模式及其实践效果，通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，选取具有代表性的城市社区作为研究对象，深入剖析其在治理机制、资源整合及公众参与等方面的创新举措。研究发现，成功的社区治理创新通常依赖于多元主体协同合作、技术赋能以及制度保障三方面的有机结合。具体而言，部分社区通过建立“政府引导、社会组织协同、居民自治”的新型治理框架，显著提升了服务效率与居民满意度；同时，数字化平台的应用为信息共享与决策优化提供了有力支持。此外，研究还揭示了当前社区治理中存在的资源分配不均、可持续性不足等问题，并提出针对性改进建议。本研究的主要贡献在于系统总结了社区治理创新的核心要素与实施路径，为其他地区提供了可借鉴的经验模式，同时也为相关政策制定者完善治理体系提供了理论依据与实践参考。

Abstract
With the increasing complexity of social structures and the diversification of residents' needs, community governance has become an essential component of modernizing social governance. This study aims to explore innovative models of community governance and their practical effects by combining literature analysis with case studies, selecting representative urban communities as research subjects to thoroughly examine innovations in governance mechanisms, resource integration, and public participation. The findings indicate that successful community governance innovation typically relies on the organic combination of multi-stakeholder collaboration, technological empowerment, and institutional safeguards. Specifically, some communities have significantly improved service efficiency and resident satisfaction by establishing a new governance fr amework characterized by "government guidance, social organization collaboration, and resident autonomy." Meanwhile, the application of digital platforms has provided strong support for information sharing and decision optimization. Furthermore, the study reveals existing issues in community governance, such as uneven resource distribution and insufficient sustainability, and proposes targeted improvement suggestions. The primary contribution of this research lies in systematically summarizing the core elements and implementation pathways of community governance innovation, offering replicable experience models for other regions, and providing theoretical foundations and practical references for policymakers to refine governance systems.
