心律失常是心血管疾病中的常见问题，其治疗药物的选择对改善患者预后具有重要意义。本研究旨在评估普萘洛尔在不同类型心律失常患者中的疗效及安全性，为临床用药提供参考依据。通过回顾性分析2018年至2022年间356例接受普萘洛尔治疗的患者数据，采用多变量回归模型评估药物效果，并结合不良反应发生率探讨其安全性。结果显示，普萘洛尔显著降低了室上性心动过速和窦性心动过速患者的症状频率与严重程度，有效率达78.4%，且对合并高血压或心绞痛的患者表现出额外益处。安全性方面，少数患者出现轻微低血压或疲劳等不良反应，但未观察到严重并发症。本研究创新性地对比了不同亚组患者的治疗反应，发现年龄、基础心率及合并症对疗效存在交互影响。综上，普萘洛尔在心律失常治疗中具有良好的疗效与可控的安全性，其个体化应用策略值得进一步探索。关键词：普萘洛尔；心律失常；疗效评估；安全性分析；个体化应用策略
Efficacy and Safety of Propranolol in Patients with Arrhythmia: A Clinical Evaluation
Abstract
Arrhythmia is a common issue in cardiovascular diseases, and the selection of treatment drugs plays a significant role in improving patient prognosis. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of propranolol in patients with different types of arrhythmia, providing reference data for clinical medication. A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from 356 patients treated with propranolol between 2018 and 2022, using multivariate regression models to assess drug effectiveness while incorporating the incidence of adverse reactions to explore its safety profile. The results demonstrated that propranolol significantly reduced the frequency and severity of symptoms in patients with supraventricular tachycardia and sinus tachycardia, achieving an efficacy rate of 78.4%, with additional benefits observed in patients with comorbid hypertension or angina. Regarding safety, a small number of patients experienced mild hypotension or fatigue as adverse effects, but no severe complications were observed. This study innovatively compared treatment responses across different patient subgroups, revealing interactive effects of age, baseline heart rate, and comorbidities on treatment outcomes. In conclusion, propranolol exhibits favorable efficacy and controllable safety in the treatment of arrhythmia, warranting further exploration of personalized application strategies.
