摘要
头孢拉定是一种第一代头孢菌素类抗生素，广泛应用于细菌性感染的临床治疗。为系统评估其疗效与安全性，本研究通过回顾性分析2018年至2022年间某三甲医院收治的500例细菌感染患者的临床数据，比较头孢拉定与其他常用抗生素在治疗效果、不良反应发生率及复发率方面的差异。研究采用多因素回归模型分析影响疗效的关键因素，并结合药敏试验结果探讨其抗菌谱特性。结果显示，头孢拉定对革兰阳性菌感染的有效率达92.3%，且不良反应发生率仅为4.6%，显著低于对照组（P0.05）。此外，头孢拉定在降低复发率方面表现优异，尤其在呼吸道和泌尿道感染中优势明显。本研究创新性地引入个体化用药剂量调整方案，进一步优化了治疗效果。综上所述，头孢拉定在细菌性感染治疗中具有良好的疗效和安全性，可作为临床首选药物之一，为抗生素合理使用提供了重要参考。关键词：头孢拉定；细菌感染；疗效评估；安全性分析；个体化用药
Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Cefradine in the Treatment of Bacterial Infections
Abstract
Cefradine, a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, is widely used in clinical settings for the treatment of bacterial infections. To systematically evaluate its efficacy and safety, this study conducted a retrospective analysis of clinical data from 500 patients with bacterial infections treated at a tertiary hospital between 2018 and 2022, comparing cefradine with other commonly used antibiotics in terms of therapeutic effects, incidence of adverse reactions, and recurrence rates. A multivariate regression model was employed to analyze key factors influencing efficacy, while antimicrobial susceptibility testing results were integrated to explore the antibacterial spectrum characteristics of cefradine. The findings indicated that cefradine demonstrated an effectiveness rate of 92.3% against Gram-positive bacterial infections, with an adverse reaction incidence of only 4.6%, significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Additionally, cefradine exhibited superior performance in reducing recurrence rates, particularly in respiratory and urinary tract infections. This study innovatively introduced an individualized dosage adjustment scheme, which further optimized treatment outcomes. In conclusion, cefradine shows favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of bacterial infections and can be considered one of the preferred drugs in clinical practice, providing important reference for the rational use of antibiotics.
