随着2型糖尿病患者人数的持续增长，血糖管理成为临床关注的重点问题，而胰岛素泵作为一种先进的治疗工具，其应用效果和成本效益亟待系统评估本研究旨在探讨胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者血糖管理中的实际效果及其经济可行性通过前瞻性队列研究设计，选取120例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为胰岛素泵治疗组与常规多次皮下注射组，观察为期6个月的血糖控制指标、低血糖发生率及生活质量改善情况，并采用成本效益分析方法比较两组的经济性结果表明，胰岛素泵治疗组的糖化血红蛋白水平显著下降，低血糖事件减少，患者生活质量评分明显提高，且总体医疗成本在长期管理中更具优势本研究创新性地结合了临床效果与经济学评价，为优化2型糖尿病患者的个体化治疗方案提供了重要依据，同时强调了胰岛素泵在特定人群中的推广应用价值关键词：胰岛素泵；2型糖尿病；血糖管理；成本效益分析；生活质量
Application Effects and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Insulin Pumps in Blood Glucose Management for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients
Abstract
With the continuous increase in the number of patients with type 2 diabetes, glycemic management has become a key issue in clinical practice, and the application effects and cost-effectiveness of insulin pump therapy as an advanced treatment tool require systematic evaluation. This study aims to investigate the practical efficacy of insulin pump therapy in glycemic management for patients with type 2 diabetes and its economic feasibility. Through a prospective cohort study design, 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into an insulin pump treatment group and a conventional multiple subcutaneous injection group. Glycemic control indicators, hypoglycemia incidence, and quality-of-life improvements were observed over a six-month period. A cost-benefit analysis method was used to compare the economic aspects of the two groups. The results showed that the insulin pump treatment group experienced a significant reduction in glycosylated hemoglobin levels, fewer hypoglycemic events, and markedly improved quality-of-life scores, with overall medical costs demonstrating greater advantages in long-term management. This study innovatively integrates clinical outcomes with economic evaluations, providing crucial evidence for optimizing individualized treatment plans for patients with type 2 diabetes and emphasizing the promotion value of insulin pump therapy in specific populations.
