呼吸道细菌感染是临床常见疾病,其治疗面临抗生素耐药性日益严重的挑战。本研究旨在评估阿莫西林克拉维酸钾对不同类型呼吸道细菌感染的疗效及安全性,为临床合理用药提供依据。研究采用前瞻性、多中心、随机对照试验设计,纳入300例确诊为急性支气管炎、社区获得性肺炎或鼻窦炎的患者,分为实验组(使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾)和对照组(使用其他常用抗生素)。通过为期14天的治疗观察,结合病原学检测与临床症状评分,分析药物的有效性和不良反应发生率。结果显示,实验组患者的临床治愈率为87.3%,显著高于对照组的75.6%(P0.05),且对产β-内酰胺酶菌株表现出更强的抗菌活性。此外,两组不良反应发生率无显著差异,表明该药物具有良好的安全性。本研究创新性地对比了不同感染类型中的疗效差异,并验证了阿莫西林克拉维酸钾在耐药菌株治疗中的优势,为优化抗生素选择提供了重要参考。关键词:阿莫西林克拉维酸钾;呼吸道细菌感染;抗生素耐药性;临床治愈率;产β-内酰胺酶菌株
Efficacy Evaluation of Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid in the Treatment of Bacterial Respiratory Infections
Abstract
Respiratory bacterial infections are common clinical diseases that pose an increasing challenge due to the rising prevalence of antibiotic resistance. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium in treating various types of respiratory bacterial infections, thereby providing evidence for rational clinical drug use. A prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial was conducted, enrolling 300 patients diagnosed with acute bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, or sinusitis, who were divided into an experimental group (treated with amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium) and a control group (treated with other commonly used antibiotics). Over a 14-day treatment period, the efficacy and adverse reaction rates were analyzed by combining microbiological testing with clinical symptom scoring. The results demonstrated that the clinical cure rate in the experimental group was 87.3%, significantly higher than the 75.6% in the control group (P0.05), with enhanced antibacterial activity against β-lactamase-producing strains. Furthermore, no significant difference was observed in adverse reaction rates between the two groups, indicating favorable safety of the drug. This study innovatively compared efficacy differences across various infection types and confirmed the advantages of amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium in treating resistant bacterial strains, offering critical insights for optimizing antibiotic selection.
