摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速,跨文化心理学视角下的幸福感研究逐渐成为学术界关注的焦点本研究旨在探讨不同文化背景下个体幸福感的形成机制及其影响因素通过整合定量与定性研究方法,选取来自东亚、欧美和中东地区的1200名受访者进行问卷调查,并结合深度访谈以获取多维度数据研究发现,文化价值观在幸福感的构建中起着关键作用,集体主义文化更强调社会关系对幸福感的影响,而个人主义文化则突出自我实现的重要性此外,经济状况、社会支持系统以及心理弹性等因素在不同文化背景下的权重存在显著差异本研究创新性地提出了“文化适应性幸福感模型”,该模型将文化特异性与普遍性相结合,为理解跨文化幸福感提供了新框架这一研究成果不仅丰富了跨文化心理学理论体系,还为跨文化心理健康干预及政策制定提供了实践指导

Abstract:With the acceleration of globalization, research on happiness from the perspective of cross-cultural psychology has gradually become a focal point in academia. This study aims to explore the formation mechanisms and influencing factors of individual happiness under different cultural backgrounds. By integrating quantitative and qualitative research methods, a survey was conducted among 1,200 respondents from East Asia, Europe and America, and the Middle East, complemented by in-depth interviews to obtain multidimensional data. The findings indicate that cultural values play a critical role in the construction of happiness, with collectivist cultures emphasizing the impact of social relationships on happiness and individualist cultures highlighting the importance of self-actualization. Moreover, there are significant differences in the weight of factors such as economic conditions, social support systems, and psychological resilience across different cultural contexts. Innovatively, this study proposes the "Cultural Adaptability Happiness Model," which combines cultural specificity with universality, providing a new fr amework for understanding cross-cultural happiness. This research not only enriches the theoretical system of cross-cultural psychology but also offers practical guidance for cross-cultural mental health interventions and policy formulation.
