摘 要
家庭环境对儿童心理发展具有深远影响，这一议题已成为心理学与教育学领域的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨不同家庭环境因素对儿童心理健康、情绪调节及社会适应能力的作用机制，并进一步揭示其潜在规律。基于现有理论框架，本研究选取了500名6至12岁儿童及其家庭为样本，通过问卷调查、深度访谈和行为观察等多方法结合的方式，系统分析了家庭氛围、亲子关系、父母教养方式以及经济条件等因素对儿童心理发展的具体影响。研究结果表明，积极的家庭氛围和高质量的亲子互动显著促进了儿童的情绪稳定性和社会适应能力，而过度控制或忽视型教养方式则可能引发焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪。此外，经济压力虽对儿童心理发展有一定间接影响，但其作用远小于情感支持和沟通质量。本研究创新性地引入了动态评估模型，将家庭环境视为一个整体系统进行考察，从而更全面地反映了各因素间的交互作用。这一发现不仅丰富了家庭心理学理论，还为家庭教育实践提供了科学依据，强调了构建和谐家庭环境对儿童心理健康发展的重要性。

Abstract：The family environment plays a profound role in children's psychological development, making it a research hotspot in the fields of psychology and education. This study aims to explore the mechanisms by which various family environmental factors influence children's mental health, emotional regulation, and social adaptability, as well as to uncover underlying patterns. Based on existing theoretical fr ameworks, this research selected 500 children aged 6 to 12 and their families as samples, employing a combination of methods including questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and behavioral observations to systematically analyze the specific impacts of family atmosphere, parent-child relationships, parenting styles, and economic conditions on children's psychological development. The results indicate that a positive family atmosphere and high-quality parent-child interactions significantly enhance children's emotional stability and social adaptability, whereas overly controlling or neglectful parenting styles may lead to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. Additionally, while economic pressure has an indirect effect on children's psychological development, its influence is much smaller compared to that of emotional support and communication quality. Innovatively, this study introduces a dynamic assessment model, examining the family environment as an integrated system to provide a more comprehensive reflection of the interactions among various factors. This finding not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of family psychology but also offers scientific guidance for family education practices, emphasizing the importance of fostering a harmonious family environment for promoting children's psychological well-being.
