摘 要:在新时代背景下,思想政治教育与公民道德建设的深度融合成为社会治理现代化的重要课题。本研究立足于我国社会转型期的价值观变迁和道德建设需求,旨在探索二者融合的有效路径。通过文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前思想政治教育与公民道德建设的现状、问题及其内在关联。研究表明,当前两者在目标协同、内容衔接和实践载体方面存在不足,亟需构建以价值引领为核心、以文化认同为纽带、以社会实践为支撑的融合机制。研究创新性地提出了“三维一体”融合模式,即通过顶层设计优化、基层实践创新和社会资源整合,实现教育与建设的有机统一。这一模式不仅强化了思想政治教育的时代适应性,也为公民道德建设提供了新的理论视角和实践路径,对推动社会文明进步具有重要意义。

Abstract:In the context of the new era, the deep integration of ideological and political education with civic moral development has become an important issue for the modernization of social governance. This study focuses on the transformation of values and the demands of moral construction during China's social transition period, aiming to explore effective pathways for their integration. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, the current status, problems, and intrinsic connections between ideological and political education and civic moral development are systematically examined. The findings indicate that there are deficiencies in goal alignment, content coordination, and practical implementation mechanisms, necessitating the establishment of an integration fr amework centered on value leadership, cultural identity as a connecting link, and social practice as a supporting foundation. Innovatively, this research proposes a "three-dimensional integrated" model, which optimizes top-level design, fosters grassroots practice innovation, and integrates social resources to achieve organic unity between education and construction. This model not only enhances the adaptability of ideological and political education to contemporary needs but also provides new theoretical perspectives and practical approaches for civic moral development, playing a significant role in promoting social civilization and progress.
