新时代思想政治教育与民族团结教育的协同发展研究

摘  要:在新时代背景下,思想政治教育与民族团结教育的协同发展成为维护国家统一和社会稳定的重要课题。本研究立足于中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史方位,以马克思主义理论为指导,结合中华民族共同体意识的培育需求,探讨两者协同发展的理论基础、实践路径及现实意义。通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究等方法,研究发现思想政治教育与民族团结教育在目标定位、内容体系和实施路径上具有高度契合性,二者协同推进能够有效提升教育实效。本研究创新性地提出了“双轨融合”模式,即通过优化课程设计、强化师资培训和构建多维评价体系,实现两者的深度融合与功能互补。研究结果表明,该模式有助于增强受教育者的认同感与责任感,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了新思路。这一成果不仅丰富了思想政治教育与民族团结教育的理论框架,也为相关政策制定和实践探索提供了重要参考。

Abstract:In the context of a new era, the coordinated development of ideological and political education and ethnic unity education has become an important issue for maintaining national unity and social stability. This study is situated within the historical context of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era, guided by Marxist theory, and in conjunction with the need to foster the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community. It explores the theoretical foundations, practical pathways, and real-world significance of the synergistic development of these two educational domains. Through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research reveals a high degree of compatibility between ideological and political education and ethnic unity education in terms of goal orientation, content systems, and implementation approaches. The coordinated advancement of both can effectively enhance educational effectiveness. Innovatively, this study proposes a "dual-track integration" model, which achieves deep integration and functional complementarity through optimizing course design, strengthening teacher training, and constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system. The results indicate that this model helps to enhance the sense of identity and responsibility among those being educated, providing new insights into consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community. This outcome not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of ideological and political education and ethnic unity education but also offers significant references for relevant policy formulation and practical exploration.
