摘 要:随着学前教育事业的快速发展,幼儿园教师团队建设成为提升教育质量的关键环节。本研究旨在探索有效的幼儿园教师团队建设策略及其实践路径,通过文献分析、问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方法,深入考察当前幼儿园教师团队建设的现状与问题。研究发现,教师专业发展需求、团队协作机制以及园所文化氛围是影响团队建设的核心因素。基于此,本文提出以目标导向为核心、以情感联结为纽带、以持续学习为动力的综合建设框架,并在实践中验证了其可行性和有效性。研究创新性地将心理学理论融入团队建设实践,强调情感支持与专业成长的双重驱动作用,为优化幼儿园教师团队建设提供了新思路。研究成果对促进教师团队凝聚力、提升教育质量具有重要参考价值,同时为相关政策制定提供了实证依据。

Abstract:With the rapid development of early childhood education, the construction of kindergarten teacher teams has become a critical factor in enhancing educational quality. This study aims to explore effective strategies and practical approaches for building kindergarten teacher teams by employing a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies to examine the current status and challenges of team construction. The findings reveal that teachers' professional development needs, team collaboration mechanisms, and the cultural atmosphere of the kindergarten are core factors influencing team construction. Based on these insights, this paper proposes an integrated fr amework for team building centered on goal orientation, emotional connection as a bond, and continuous learning as a driving force. Its feasibility and effectiveness have been validated in practice. Innovatively, this research integrates psychological theories into team-building practices, emphasizing the dual drive of emotional support and professional growth, thereby offering new perspectives for optimizing kindergarten teacher team construction. The research outcomes hold significant reference value for enhancing team cohesion and improving educational quality, while also providing empirical evidence for relevant policy formulation.
