摘 要:随着学前教育事业的快速发展,幼儿园教师教育评价体系的重要性日益凸显,但当前评价体系仍存在标准单一、方法滞后及忽视教师专业发展需求等问题。本研究旨在通过完善幼儿园教师教育评价体系,推动教师专业化成长并提升教育质量。研究采用文献分析法梳理国内外相关理论与实践,结合问卷调查和深度访谈收集一线教师及管理者的意见,同时运用量化与质性相结合的方法对评价指标进行优化设计。研究结果表明,构建多元化的评价维度、注重过程性评价以及强化反馈机制是改进评价体系的关键。本研究创新性地提出了“教师发展导向型”评价框架,将教师的专业能力、情感态度与职业素养纳入综合评价体系,并开发了配套的评价工具。该框架不仅弥补了传统评价体系的不足,还为幼儿园教师教育评价提供了科学依据和实践参考,对促进学前教育高质量发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of early childhood education, the importance of the evaluation system for kindergarten teacher education has become increasingly prominent. However, the current evaluation system still suffers from issues such as standards, outdated methods, and neglect of teachers' professional development needs. This study aims to improve the evaluation system for kindergarten teacher education in order to promote teachers' professional growth and enhance educational quality. By employing literature analysis, the study reviews relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while collecting opinions from frontline teachers and administrators through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is utilized to optimize the design of evaluation indicators. The results indicate that constructing diversified evaluation dimensions, emphasizing process-oriented evaluation, and strengthening feedback mechanisms are key to improving the evaluation system. Innovatively, this study proposes a "teacher development-oriented" evaluation fr amework, which integrates teachers' professional competence, affective attitudes, and occupational literacy into a comprehensive evaluation system, along with the development of corresponding evaluation tools. This fr amework not only addresses the shortcomings of traditional evaluation systems but also provides a scientific basis and practical reference for the evaluation of kindergarten teacher education, playing a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of early childhood education.
