摘  要:随着社会对早期教育重视程度的提升,家园沟通作为连接幼儿园与家庭的重要桥梁,其有效性直接影响幼儿的成长与发展。本研究旨在探索幼儿园家园沟通的有效方法,通过问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等多元研究方法,系统考察当前家园沟通的现状、问题及其改进策略。研究发现,传统沟通方式存在信息不对称、互动不足等问题,而数字化工具的应用为家园沟通提供了新的可能。研究表明,构建以信任为基础、以需求为导向的双向互动模式,结合线上线下多种渠道,能够显著提升沟通效果。此外,研究创新性地提出“分层沟通机制”,根据不同家长群体的特点制定个性化沟通方案,从而提高沟通的针对性与实效性。本研究的主要贡献在于为幼儿园实践提供了具体可行的操作框架,同时为相关理论研究拓展了新视角,有助于推动家园共育理念的深化与落实。

Abstract:With the increasing societal emphasis on early childhood education, home-kindergarten communication, as a critical bridge connecting kindergartens and families, plays a direct role in influencing children's growth and development. This study aims to explore effective methods of home-kindergarten communication by employing diverse research approaches, including questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, to systematically examine the current status, issues, and improvement strategies of such communication. The findings reveal that traditional communication modes suffer from problems such as information asymmetry and insufficient interaction, while the application of digital tools offers new possibilities for enhancing home-kindergarten communication. The study indicates that establishing a two-way interactive model based on trust and oriented toward needs, combined with both online and offline channels, can significantly improve communication effectiveness. Additionally, this research innovatively proposes a "tiered communication mechanism," which designs personalized communication plans according to the characteristics of different parent groups, thereby enhancing the relevance and practicality of communication. The primary contribution of this study lies in providing a concrete and feasible operational fr amework for kindergarten practice, while also expanding new perspectives for related theoretical research, thus contributing to the deepening and implementation of the shared parenting philosophy between homes and kindergartens.
