灵活用工模式对企业人力资源管理的影响研究



摘  要:随着经济环境的快速变化和企业运营模式的多样化,灵活用工模式逐渐成为人力资源管理领域的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨灵活用工模式对企业人力资源管理的影响,通过文献分析与实证研究相结合的方法,选取多个行业中的典型企业作为研究对象,深入分析灵活用工在提升组织灵活性、降低用工成本以及优化资源配置方面的积极作用,同时关注其可能带来的员工归属感下降和管理复杂性增加等问题。研究发现,灵活用工模式能够显著提高企业的适应能力和竞争力,但需要配套完善的人力资源管理体系以平衡效率与公平。本研究的创新点在于首次构建了灵活用工影响因素的综合评估框架,并提出了针对性的管理策略,为相关理论发展和企业实践提供了重要参考。研究成果不仅丰富了灵活用工领域的学术探讨,还为企业在新时代背景下优化人力资源管理策略提供了切实可行的建议。

The Impact of Flexible Employment Models on Enterprise Human Resource Management

Abstract:With the rapid changes in the economic environment and the diversification of corporate operating models, flexible employment has gradually become a significant topic in the field of human resource management. This study aims to explore the impact of flexible employment on corporate human resource management by combining literature analysis with empirical research, selecting typical enterprises from multiple industries as research subjects. It thoroughly examines the positive roles of flexible employment in enhancing organizational flexibility, reducing labor costs, and optimizing resource allocation, while also addressing potential issues such as decreased employee归属感 (sense of belonging) and increased management complexity. The findings indicate that flexible employment can significantly improve a company's adaptability and competitiveness, yet it requires a well-developed human resource management system to balance efficiency and fairness. The innovation of this study lies in the first-time construction of a comprehensive evaluation fr amework for the influencing factors of flexible employment, along with the proposal of targeted management strategies, providing crucial references for both theoretical development and corporate practice. The research not only enriches academic discussions on flexible employment but also offers practical suggestions for enterprises to optimize their human resource management strategies under the new era context.
