康复游戏在儿童脑损伤康复中的创新

摘  要

儿童脑损伤的康复治疗一直是医学与教育领域的研究热点,传统康复手段往往因单调枯燥而难以持续激发患儿参与兴趣。本研究旨在探索康复游戏在儿童脑损伤康复中的创新应用及其效果。通过设计结合认知、运动和社交功能训练的游戏化干预方案,并采用多模态数据采集技术实时监测患儿的生理与行为反应,研究对50名脑损伤儿童进行了为期12周的实验。结果表明,康复游戏能够显著提升患儿的认知能力、运动协调性和情绪状态,其综合康复效果优于传统疗法。此外,游戏化的互动设计有效增强了患儿的参与动机与依从性,为个性化康复方案的制定提供了新思路。本研究的创新点在于将游戏机制与神经科学原理深度融合,同时开发了基于人工智能的适应性调整算法,以动态匹配患儿的康复需求。这一成果不仅拓展了康复治疗的技术手段,也为儿童脑损伤康复的临床实践提供了理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract

The rehabilitation of pediatric brain injury has long been a research focus in both medical and educational fields, with traditional rehabilitation methods often struggling to sustain children's participation due to their monotonous and tedious nature. This study aims to explore the innovative application and effects of rehabilitation games in the recovery process of children with brain injuries. By designing game-based intervention programs that integrate cognitive, motor, and social function training, and employing multi-modal data collection technologies to monitor physiological and behavioral responses in real time, this research conducted a 12-week experiment involving 50 children with brain injuries. The results indicate that rehabilitation games can significantly enhance cognitive abilities, motor coordination, and emotional states among participants, demonstrating superior comprehensive rehabilitation outcomes compared to conventional therapies. Moreover, the interactive design of gamification effectively boosts children's motivation and compliance, offering new insights for the development of personalized rehabilitation plans. A key innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of game mechanics with neuroscience principles, alongside the development of an artificial intelligence-based adaptive adjustment algorithm that dynamically aligns with individual rehabilitation needs. This achievement not only expands the technical toolkit for rehabilitation but also provides theoretical support and practical references for clinical practices in pediatric brain injury recovery.
