摘 要
自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的康复训练是特殊教育与心理学领域的重要课题,但传统的一刀切干预模式难以满足个体差异需求。本研究旨在探索个性化康复训练方案的设计与实施效果,以提升ASD儿童的社会交往能力和适应性行为。研究采用混合方法设计,结合质性访谈与量化数据分析,选取60名3至8岁ASD儿童作为样本,通过标准化评估工具确定其核心障碍特征,并基于此制定针对性训练计划。结果表明,个性化方案显著改善了儿童在社交互动、语言表达及情绪管理等方面的表现,且家长参与度和满意度明显提高。本研究创新性地引入人工智能技术辅助评估与方案生成,实现了更精准的个体化干预。这一成果为ASD儿童康复训练提供了新思路,同时强调了多学科协作的重要性,对推动个性化教育实践具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
The rehabilitation training of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a critical issue in the fields of special education and psychology; however, traditional one-size-fits-all intervention models struggle to meet individual differences. This study aims to explore the design and implementation effects of personalized rehabilitation training programs to enhance the social interaction skills and adaptive behaviors of children with ASD. A mixed-methods design was employed, integrating qualitative interviews and quantitative data analysis, with a sample of 60 ASD children aged 3 to 8 years. Standardized assessment tools were used to identify their core impairment characteristics, upon which targeted training plans were developed. The results indicate that the personalized program significantly improved the children's performance in social interaction, language ex pression, and emotional regulation, while also markedly increasing parental involvement and satisfaction. Innovatively, this study incorporated artificial intelligence technology to assist in assessments and program generation, achieving more precise individualized interventions. This outcome provides new insights into the rehabilitation training of children with ASD and underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, offering valuable references for advancing personalized educational practices.
