摘 要
随着人口老龄化加剧,中风、脊髓损伤等神经系统疾病导致的步行功能障碍患者数量不断增加,传统康复训练存在效率低、强度难以量化等问题。本研究旨在探讨康复机器人在步行功能恢复中的应用效果及其机制。通过文献回顾与临床试验相结合的方法,选取120例具有步行功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用康复机器人辅助训练,对照组采用传统康复训练方式。经过为期三个月的干预,实验组患者在步态参数、肌肉力量、平衡能力等方面均有显著改善,其步行速度提高35%,步长增加28%,且患者对康复机器人的接受度高,依从性好。研究表明,康复机器人能够提供稳定、可重复的训练环境,精确控制训练强度和频率,有效弥补传统康复训练的不足,为步行功能障碍患者的康复提供了新的途径,创新性地实现了个性化康复训练方案的制定,提高了康复效率和效果,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract
With the intensification of population aging, the number of patients with gait dysfunction caused by neurological diseases such as stroke and spinal cord injury is increasing. Traditional rehabilitation training has issues such as low efficiency and difficulty in quantifying intensity. This study aims to investigate the application effects and mechanisms of rehabilitation robots in restoring gait function. By combining a literature review with clinical trials, 120 patients with gait dysfunction were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group underwent rehabilitation robot-assisted training, while the control group received traditional rehabilitation training. After a three-month intervention, patients in the experimental group showed significant improvements in gait parameters, muscle strength, and balance ability, with walking speed increasing by 35% and stride length increasing by 28%. Additionally, patients demonstrated high acceptance and good compliance with the rehabilitation robot. The study indicates that rehabilitation robots can provide a stable and repeatable training environment, precisely control training intensity and frequency, and effectively address the shortcomings of traditional rehabilitation training. They offer a new approach for the rehabilitation of patients with gait dysfunction, innovatively enabling the formulation of personalized rehabilitation training programs, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of rehabilitation and demonstrating important clinical application value.
