基于数据挖掘的中医古籍方剂配伍规律研究


摘  要

  中医古籍蕴含着丰富的方剂配伍经验,是中医药学的重要组成部分,然而传统研究方法难以全面揭示其内在规律。本研究旨在运用数据挖掘技术深入探索中医古籍中方剂配伍的潜在模式与规律,为现代中医临床用药提供科学依据。基于此目的,选取了涵盖多个历史时期的代表性中医古籍作为数据源,构建了包含药物名称、性味归经、功效主治等多维度信息的结构化数据库。采用关联规则挖掘算法,结合频度分析和聚类分析等方法,对海量方剂数据进行系统性挖掘。研究结果表明,数据挖掘技术能够有效识别出高频药物组合及其配伍特点,并发现了一些以往未被充分重视的配伍模式。例如,某些特定药物在不同方剂中频繁共现,且呈现出明显的协同作用趋势。此外,还揭示了部分药物在不同历史时期使用频率的变化规律,反映了中医理论发展演变的过程。本研究创新性地将现代信息技术引入中医古籍研究领域,不仅为理解传统方剂配伍提供了新视角,也为中药复方现代化研究奠定了基础,有助于推动中医药传承创新发展。

Abstract

  Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) classics contain a wealth of formula compatibility experience, forming an essential part of TCM. However, traditional research methods struggle to fully uncover the underlying patterns and principles. This study aims to employ data mining techniques to delve into the potential patterns and regularities of formula compatibility in TCM classics, providing a scientific basis for modern TCM clinical medication. To achieve this ob jective, representative TCM classics spanning multiple historical periods were selected as data sources, and a structured database was constructed, encompassing multidimensional information such as drug names, properties, meridian tropism, and therapeutic effects. By utilizing association rule mining algorithms combined with frequency analysis and cluster analysis, a systematic exploration of vast amounts of formula data was conducted. The results indicate that data mining technology can effectively identify high-frequency drug combinations and their compatibility characteristics, revealing previously underappreciated compatibility patterns. For instance, certain specific drugs frequently co-occur in different formulas, exhibiting a clear trend of synergistic effects. Moreover, the study uncovered changes in the usage frequency of some drugs across different historical periods, reflecting the evolution of TCM theory. Innovatively integrating modern information technology into the field of TCM classics research, this study not only offers a new perspective on understanding traditional formula compatibility but also lays the foundation for the modernization of Chinese herbal compound research, contributing to the inheritance and innovative development of TCM.
