随着城市化进程的加快，农村地区的改造和建设日益重要。然而，在这一过程中，协同治理的问题也日益突出。本文首先介绍了村居改造及协同治理的相关概念，并强调了协同治理在村居改造中的重要性。然后，通过对某村居改造中的协同治理现状进行分析，揭示了其主体构成和利益相关者的参与程度。接着，本文深入探讨了村居改造中的协同治理存在的问题，包括政策法规不完善、参与方利益冲突、信息不对称与沟通障碍以及缺乏有效的监督与激励机制等。在此基础上，本文进一步分析了这些问题的原因，主要包括政府角色定位不明确、村居改造涉及多方角色、信息不对称导致存在沟通障碍以及监督力度不足等。最后，针对上述问题，本文提出了一系列对策和建议，包括完善政策法规、建立有效的利益协调机制、建立完善的信息共享和沟通机制以及建立全面的监督机制等。通过实施这些对策，有望改善某村居改造中的协同治理状况，推动农村地区的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the transformation and construction of rural areas are becoming increasingly important. However, in this process, the issue of collaborative governance has also become increasingly prominent. This article first introduces the relevant concepts of village residential renovation and collaborative governance, and emphasizes the importance of collaborative governance in village residential renovation. Then, by adjusting the The analysis of the current situation of collaborative governance in rural residential renovation reveals its main body composition and the degree of participation of stakeholders. Subsequently, this article delves into the problems of collaborative governance in rural residential renovation, including incomplete policies and regulations, conflicts of interests among participants, information asymmetry and communication barriers, as well as the lack of effective supervision and incentive mechanisms. On this basis, this article further analyzes the reasons for these issues, mainly including unclear government role positioning, multiple roles involved in village residential renovation, communication barriers caused by information asymmetry, and insufficient supervision. Finally, in response to the above issues, this article proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions, including improving policies and regulations, establishing effective interest coordination mechanisms, establishing sound information sharing and communication mechanisms, and establishing comprehensive supervision mechanisms. By implementing these measures, it is expected to improve Collaborative governance in rural residential renovation promotes sustainable development in rural areas.
