基于员工满意度提升的企业内部沟通优化方案
摘 要
随着企业竞争环境日益复杂,员工满意度成为影响企业绩效和可持续发展的重要因素。本研究旨在通过优化企业内部沟通机制来提升员工满意度,基于对国内外相关理论与实践的系统梳理,结合我国企业管理现状,构建了以员工为中心的内部沟通优化模型。采用问卷调查法、访谈法及案例分析法,选取不同规模与行业的12家企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷1680份,深入探讨了信息传递效率、沟通渠道多样性、反馈机制有效性等关键要素对企业内部沟通质量的影响。研究发现,建立扁平化沟通结构、强化双向互动、完善反馈机制是提高员工满意度的有效途径。

Abstract
With the increasingly complex competitive environment of enterprises, employee satisfaction has become an important factor affecting enterprise performance and sustainable development. This study aims to improve employee satisfaction by optimizing the internal communication mechanism. Based on the systematic review of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, combined with the current situation of enterprise management in China, an employee-centered internal communication optimization model is constructed. Using questionnaire survey method, interview method and case analysis method, 12 enterprises of different sizes and industries were selected as samples, and a total of 1680 valid questionnaires were collected to deeply discuss the impact of key elements such as the efficiency of information transmission, diversity of communication channels and effectiveness of feedback mechanism on the internal communication quality of enterprises. It is found that establishing flat communication structure, strengthening two-way interaction and improving feedback mechanism are effective ways to improve employee satisfaction.
