摘 要
隧道工程在现代交通基础设施建设中占据重要地位,然而地下水渗漏问题严重影响隧道结构安全与使用寿命。为解决这一难题,本研究聚焦高性能防水材料的应用,旨在探索适用于复杂地质条件下的高效防水方案。通过对国内外现有防水技术的系统梳理,结合隧道工程实际需求,选取了聚氨酯类、膨润土类及高分子复合材料作为重点研究对象。采用实验室模拟实验与现场应用相结合的方法,对材料的力学性能、耐久性及施工工艺进行了深入分析。研究结果表明,新型高分子复合材料具有优异的粘结强度和抗渗能力,在不同水压条件下均能保持稳定性能,且施工便捷性显著优于传统材料。创新性地提出了基于多层复合结构的防水体系,有效解决了传统单层防水层易破损的问题,提高了整体防水效果。该研究成果不仅为隧道工程提供了可靠的防水材料选择依据,也为类似地下工程的防水设计提供了新的思路和技术支持,对推动我国隧道工程技术进步具有重要意义。

Abstract
Tunnel engineering plays a crucial role in modern transportation infrastructure construction, yet groundwater leakage severely impacts the structural safety and service life of tunnels. To address this challenge, this study focuses on the application of high-performance waterproofing materials, aiming to explore efficient waterproofing solutions suitable for complex geological conditions. By systematically reviewing existing waterproofing technologies both domestically and internationally, and considering the practical requirements of tunnel projects, polyurethane-based materials, bentonite-based materials, and advanced polymer composites were selected as key research subjects. Combining laboratory simulation experiments with field applications, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the mechanical properties, durability, and construction techniques of these materials. The results indicate that the novel polymer composite materials exhibit superior bonding strength and anti-seepage capability, maintaining stable performance under various water pressures, with significantly improved construction convenience compared to traditional materials. Innovatively, a multi-layer composite structure-based waterproofing system was proposed, effectively resolving the issue of easy damage to traditional single-layer waterproof membranes and enhancing overall waterproofing efficiency. This research not only provides a reliable basis for selecting waterproofing materials in tunnel engineering but also offers new insights and technical support for waterproof design in similar underground projects, contributing significantly to the advancement of tunnel engineering technology in China.
