Abstract
With the increasing demand for resource conservation, environmental protection and high-performance building materials in the construction industry, the research and application of new lightweight wall materials has become an important topic in the current construction field. This paper systematically discusses the performance characteristics, research and development progress of new lightweight wall materials and their application in practical projects, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the innovation and application of building materials. New lightweight wall materials with its light weight, high strength, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient construction and other significant advantages, in reducing building weight, improve seismic performance, improve indoor environment and so on show great potential. This paper first analyzes the performance characteristics of the new lightweight wall material, including its lightweight, high strength, good thermal insulation performance, sound insulation performance and durability, which make the new lightweight wall material become an ideal choice to replace the traditional wall material. In terms of research and development progress, this paper reviews the research and development trends and technological innovations in the field of new lightweight wall materials at home and abroad in recent years. From raw material selection, production process optimization to performance improvement, scientific researchers continue to explore and practice, and promote the continuous progress of new lightweight wall material technology. Especially for the recycling of industrial waste and other wastes, it not only realizes the reduction, harmfulness and recycling of waste, but also promotes the development of circular economy. In terms of application, this paper introduces the practical application cases of new lightweight wall materials in residential buildings, public buildings, industrial plants and other building types.
