BIM技术在土木工程施工管理中的应用探索


摘  要

  随着建筑行业信息化进程的加速,BIM技术为土木工程施工管理带来了革新机遇。传统施工管理模式存在信息孤岛、沟通不畅、协同效率低等问题,难以满足现代工程复杂多变的需求。本研究旨在探索BIM技术在土木工程施工管理中的应用价值与实现路径,通过文献综述、案例分析及实地调研相结合的方法,系统梳理了BIM技术在项目全生命周期中的具体应用场景。研究表明,BIM技术能够显著提升工程项目的可视化管理水平,实现了从二维图纸到三维模型的转变,优化了施工流程;基于BIM平台的数据共享机制有效解决了信息传递滞后问题,提高了各参与方的协作效率;创新性地提出了基于BIM的进度-成本一体化管理模式,将进度控制与成本管理深度融合,为工程管理者提供了科学决策依据。研究结果表明,BIM技术的应用不仅提升了工程质量,缩短了工期,还降低了建造成本,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,为推动我国建筑业转型升级提供了重要参考。

Abstract

  With the acceleration of informatization in the construction industry, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has brought about revolutionary opportunities for civil engineering construction management. Traditional construction management models suffer from issues such as information silos, poor communication, and low collaboration efficiency, which fail to meet the complex and ever-changing demands of modern engineering projects. This study aims to explore the application value and implementation paths of BIM technology in civil engineering construction management by integrating literature review, case analysis, and field research. The findings indicate that BIM technology significantly enhances the visual management level of engineering projects, achieving a transformation from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional models and optimizing construction processes. The data sharing mechanism based on the BIM platform effectively addresses the problem of delayed information transmission, improving collaboration efficiency among all parties involved. Innovatively, this study proposes an integrated schedule-cost management model based on BIM, deeply integrating schedule control with cost management to provide scientific decision-making support for project managers. The results demonstrate that the application of BIM technology not only improves project quality and shortens construction duration but also reduces construction costs, yielding significant economic and social benefits. This research provides important references for promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.
