摘 要
骨科术后疼痛管理是影响患者康复质量的重要因素，现有研究对疼痛管理满意度及其影响因素的系统性探讨相对不足。本研究旨在全面评估骨科术后患者疼痛管理满意度并分析其影响因素，为优化临床疼痛管理提供依据。采用横断面调查方法，选取某三甲医院2021年6月至2022年5月期间收治的327例骨科术后患者作为研究对象，通过自行设计的《骨科术后患者疼痛管理满意度调查问卷》收集数据，该问卷涵盖患者基本信息、疼痛管理过程及效果评价等内容。运用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析，结果显示患者总体满意度为74.6%，其中麻醉镇痛效果、护理人员专业水平和医生沟通解释情况对满意度影响显著，经多元线性回归分析发现，麻醉镇痛效果是最主要的影响因素。本研究创新性地构建了包含多维度指标的疼痛管理满意度评价体系，首次将医生沟通解释纳入影响因素考量范围，为后续研究提供了新的视角，有助于推动骨科术后疼痛管理模式的改进，提高患者术后生活质量。

Abstract
Postoperative pain management in orthopedic patients is a critical factor influencing the quality of patient recovery. Existing research lacks a systematic exploration of patient satisfaction with pain management and its influencing factors. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate patient satisfaction with postoperative pain management and analyze its influencing factors, providing evidence for optimizing clinical pain management practices. A cross-sectional survey method was employed, selecting 327 orthopedic postoperative patients admitted to a tertiary hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 as study subjects. Data were collected using a self-designed questionnaire titled "Orthopedic Postoperative Patient Pain Management Satisfaction Survey," which included sections on patient demographic information, pain management processes, and evaluation of outcomes. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 software. The results indicated an overall satisfaction rate of 74.6%, with significant influences on satisfaction from anesthesia analgesic effects, the professional level of nursing staff, and physician communication and explanation. Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that anesthesia analgesic effects were the most significant influencing factor. Innovatively, this study constructed a multidimensional indicator system for evaluating pain management satisfaction and incorporated physician communication and explanation into the scope of influencing factors for the first time, offering new perspectives for future research. This approach facilitates improvements in orthopedic postoperative pain management models and enhances postoperative quality of life for patients.
