摘 要
创伤患者急诊救治效果与急诊护士的初步评估及急救技能掌握程度密切相关。为了解急诊护士对创伤患者初步评估与急救技能的掌握情况,本研究选取某地区三所三级甲等医院急诊科共240名护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行横断面调查,内容涵盖一般资料、创伤初步评估知识、急救技能操作等方面。结果显示,在初步评估方面,大部分护士能较好地掌握气道、呼吸、循环等基本生命体征的评估,但对神经系统、暴露环境等方面的评估能力有待提高;在急救技能上,对于常见的止血包扎、心肺复苏等技能掌握较好,而面对复杂创伤如骨折固定、胸腔闭式引流等技能的操作正确率相对较低。进一步分析发现,工作年限、学历水平等因素对护士掌握情况有一定影响,高学历、长工作年限者掌握程度更优。本研究创新性地全面系统地调查了急诊护士对创伤患者初步评估与急救技能的掌握现状,明确了存在的问题,为针对性开展培训提供了依据,有助于提升急诊护理质量,改善创伤患者的预后。

Abstract
The effectiveness of emergency care for trauma patients is closely related to the initial assessment and mastery of emergency skills by emergency nurses. To understand the proficiency of emergency nurses in initial assessment and emergency skills for trauma patients, this study selected 240 nurses from the emergency departments of three tertiary hospitals in a specific region as survey subjects. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire that covered general information, knowledge of initial trauma assessment, and emergency skill operations. The results indicated that most nurses were proficient in assessing basic vital signs such as airway, breathing, and circulation, but their ability to assess neurological status and environmental exposure requires improvement. In terms of emergency skills, nurses demonstrated good proficiency in common procedures like hemostasis and bandaging, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), while the correct operation rates for complex trauma management, such as fracture immobilization and closed thoracic drainage, were relatively lower. Further analysis revealed that factors such as years of work experience and educational level had an impact on proficiency, with higher education and longer work experience correlating with better mastery. This study innovatively provided a comprehensive and systematic investigation into the current status of emergency nurses' proficiency in initial assessment and emergency skills for trauma patients, identified existing problems, and provided a basis for targeted training, thereby contributing to improved emergency nursing quality and better outcomes for trauma patients.
