摘 要
儿科急诊护理中家长参与模式的应用效果评价研究旨在探讨家长参与对儿科急诊护理质量及患儿预后的影响。随着现代医疗理念的发展，强调以患者为中心的综合护理模式逐渐成为主流，而家长作为患儿最亲近的人，在儿科急诊护理中具有不可忽视的作用。本研究通过随机对照试验方法，选取某三甲医院儿科急诊收治的300例患儿及其家长为研究对象，分为实验组和对照组各150例，实验组采用家长参与护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式。结果表明，实验组在患儿病情稳定时间、住院时长、并发症发生率等方面均优于对照组，且家长对护理工作的满意度显著提高。家长参与模式创新性地将家长纳入护理团队，充分发挥其了解患儿生活习惯和性格特点的优势，使护理工作更具针对性和有效性，同时有助于缓解家长焦虑情绪，促进医患关系和谐发展。这一模式为儿科急诊护理提供了新的思路与方法，丰富了儿科护理理论体系，对提升儿科急诊护理质量和改善患儿预后具有重要意义。

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the application effects of parental involvement in pediatric emergency nursing care, focusing on its impact on the quality of emergency care and patient outcomes. With the development of modern medical concepts, a comprehensive care model centered on patients has gradually become mainstream. Parents, as the closest individuals to pediatric patients, play an indispensable role in pediatric emergency care. Through a randomized controlled trial, 300 pediatric patients and their parents admitted to the emergency department of a tertiary hospital were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 150 cases. The experimental group adopted a parental participation nursing model, while the control group followed the conventional nursing model. The results indicated that the experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of time to stabilize the patient's condition, length of hospital stay, and incidence of complications. Additionally, parental satisfaction with nursing care significantly improved. The parental involvement model innovatively integrates parents into the nursing team, leveraging their understanding of the child’s living habits and personality traits, thereby enhancing the targeted nature and effectiveness of nursing care. This approach also helps alleviate parental anxiety and promotes harmonious doctor-patient relationships. This model provides new insights and methods for pediatric emergency nursing care, enriching the theoretical fr amework of pediatric nursing and contributing significantly to improving the quality of pediatric emergency care and patient outcomes.
