摘 要
随着全球制造业竞争加剧和科技快速发展,传统制造业面临转型升级的迫切需求。本研究聚焦机械设计制造技术对传统制造业转型升级的影响,旨在探讨先进制造技术如何推动传统制造业实现高质量发展,深入剖析机械设计制造技术在提升生产效率、优化工艺流程、提高产品质量等方面的作用机制。数字化设计、智能制造装备及自动化生产线的应用显著提升了企业的生产灵活性与响应速度,降低了生产成本,增强了市场竞争力。特别是基于工业互联网平台的智能工厂建设,实现了设备互联互通与数据实时共享,为传统制造业向智能化转型提供了有效路径。本研究创新性地构建了机械设计制造技术赋能传统制造业转型升级的评价指标体系,提出了针对性强且可操作的对策建议,为政府制定相关政策以及企业实施转型升级战略提供了理论依据与实践参考,对于推动我国制造业从规模扩张向质量效益型转变具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the intensification of global manufacturing competition and the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional manufacturing industry is facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. This study focuses on the impact of mechanical design and manufacturing technology on the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, aims to explore how advanced manufacturing technology promotes the high-quality development of traditional manufacturing industry, and in-depth analysis of the mechanism of mechanical design and manufacturing technology in improving production efficiency, optimizing process flow, improving product quality and other aspects. The application of digital design, intelligent manufacturing equipment and automated production lines has significantly improved the production flexibility and response speed of enterprises, reduced production costs, and enhanced market competitiveness. In particular, the construction of smart factories based on the industrial Internet platform has realized equipment interconnection and real-time data sharing, providing an effective path for the traditional manufacturing industry to transform to intelligence. This study innovatively constructs an evaluation index system for mechanical design and manufacturing technology to enable the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, and puts forward highly targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions, which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and enterprises to implement transformation and upgrading strategies, and is of great significance for promoting the transformation of China's manufacturing industry from scale expansion to quality and efficiency.
