随着电子制造业的迅猛发展,其对机械设计制造提出了更高要求。本研究旨在探讨机械设计制造在电子制造业中的作用与影响,深入剖析二者间的关系。研究表明,在电子制造业中,机械设计制造不仅为电子产品提供必要的物理支撑结构,还对其生产效率、产品质量有着关键影响。创新性地引入模块化设计理念,使设备具有更好的兼容性和可扩展性,降低维护成本并提高生产灵活性。同时发现精密制造技术的应用显著提升了电子产品的性能和可靠性,微纳制造技术更是推动了小型化、集成化发展趋势。此外,绿色设计理念融入机械设计制造环节,有助于减少资源消耗与环境污染,实现可持续发展目标。本研究揭示了机械设计制造在电子制造业全生命周期各阶段的重要性,强调技术创新对产业升级的推动作用,为相关企业提供理论依据和技术指导,促进电子制造业向智能化、高效化方向发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of electronic manufacturing industry, it puts forward higher requirements for mechanical design and manufacture. The purpose of this study is to discuss the role and influence of mechanical design and manufacturing in electronic manufacturing industry, and analyze the relationship between them. Research shows that in the electronic manufacturing industry, mechanical design and manufacturing not only provides the necessary physical support structure for electronic products, but also has a key impact on its production efficiency and product quality. The innovative introduction of modular design concept makes the equipment have better compatibility and scalability, reduce maintenance costs and improve production flexibility. At the same time, it is found that the application of precision manufacturing technology has significantly improved the performance and reliability of electronic products, and micro-nano manufacturing technology has promoted the development trend of miniaturization and integration. In addition, the concept of green design is integrated into the mechanical design and manufacturing process, which helps to reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution and achieve sustainable development goals. This study reveals the importance of mechanical design and manufacturing in all stages of the life cycle of the electronics manufacturing industry, emphasizes the role of technological innovation in promoting industrial upgrading, provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for related enterprises, and promotes the intelligent and efficient development of the electronics manufacturing industry.
